Design

To build a fairer future of work, we must design one. Design thinking can improve creativity and innovation while ensuring all parties have a voice. As an organisation we model social partnership, bringing together employers, workers and technologists to solve challenges, and build a fairer future of better work. Our design thinking methodology was created in partnership with Professor Jeremy Myerson, who curated this collection. We are keen to critically engage with a wide range of perspectives on the future of work. These resources do not necessarily reflect the views of IFOW.
