Something is missing from our conversations about the future of work: stories from people who are experiencing transformation directly. While ambitions about the future of work in Grimsby are plentiful, we rarely hear from the people who live there. The Institute for the Future of Work seeks to redress this imbalance, through research and design-thinking methods centred around the everyday experience of working people.
From October 2020, the Institute for the Future of Work spoke to Grimsby residents in a diverse set of roles. ‘The Grimsby Project: We need to talk about work’ shares their voices and stories.
