AI and automation technologies are transforming work and working lives. But research shows that AI is no silver bullet for growth: care needs to be taken as firms adopt these innovative technologies as they present great opportunities, but also new risks.
We are seeking industry partners to join the first Responsible AI Sandbox cohort, to test and evaluate AI applications in the workplace so that Good Work is promoted and regulation is shaped, helping innovation and social good to advance together.
Fill in our short Expression of Interest to explore partnering with us.
Sandboxes are experimental environments that shine a light on how governance, regulation and the work that firms do with new technologies all interact to give the best possible outcomes.
Put simply, IFOW’s Responsible AI Sandbox will help both Government and industry navigate this new terrain, with a pro-innovation approach that also supports Good Work – and thus builds a fairer future for all.
IFOW brings cutting-edge research into the development and regulation of AI and automation technologies. Building on this, we have established the first civil society-led Sandbox, piloting AI governance frameworks that promote Good Work.
Working collaboratively with our Regulator Plus Forum, we are uniquely placed to build insights into a firm’s use of AI and the impacts of this on work. Combining this with the expertise of our network we can then enable firms to better navigate the technology adoption process while also informing the evaluation and development of AI regulation.
IFOW is issuing an open call for industry partners eager to deploy AI solutions within their organisations. If you are wanting to share learnings and insights around the challenges of responsible AI adoption - and inform future best practice - we would love to work with you.
Apply here via our short Expression of Interest form.
