As part of our Pissarides Review into the Future of Work and Wellbeing, funded by the Nuffield Foundation, IFOW has conducted a survey of 6000 local workers, aiming to understand their experience of technology adoption and its impacts - both positive and negative - on their wellbeing.
In addition to this, research is confirming that it is only when worker voices are engaged in the design, development and deployment of AI and automated systems that the best advantages are gained by them.
So in this session, our co-chairs Matt Warman MP and Lord Jim Knight will be convening an expert panel to explore what the regulatory, governance and best practice frameworks could look like to make sure that the voices of workers are heard.
