Their guidance, which is now available to 160,000 HR professionals worldwide, was developed in partnership with the Institute for the Future of Work, and its grounded in our evidence review and Case for importance, which outlines the business case for taking a responsible approach to the adoption of technology in the workplace.
The guidance helps people professionals and business leaders invest in technology in ways that benefit firms and people together, through pre-emptive evaluation of impacts on work and work quality.
